Its exact genetic origins are still unclear, although research suggests a connection to Ethiopian landrace varieties.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003ch5\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAnd the coffee? Finally, after quite some time, a really clean and elegant coffee among our more “expensive“ offerings. No crazy fermentation, just a beautifully washed coffee that lets the variety speak for itself.
