Nestor Lasso is a well known coffee producer from Cauca, Colombia. This coffee is a rare variety, ombligon, which is related to the Ethiopian varieties. Ombligon has a very dense and large beans and it is believed to be mutation of Pacamara veriety. 

 This coffee undergoes a progressive process and drying which results in very strong and fruity profiles. Coffee with a lot of tropical notes like pineapple and passion fruit and raspberry like acidity. I recommend  this coffee on filter, you can also try it on espresso (but can be quite intense).
