Our first coffee from Nicaragua. A very easy to drink coffee with a lot of sweetness. Because it is very clean and juicy it is a ”every day filter” but can be used also for a very light/bright espresso. Coffee with nice and pleasant acidity, balance between fruitiness and caramel like sweetness.
To discover unique coffee flavour profiles we recommend to use very soft mineral water with a low HCO3 aiming for total hardness of less than 100 mg/l.
