Félix comes from a coffee-producing family in Santander, where his father owns the 10-hectare Finca Hoyo Frío, and today Café de la Torre works with coffees from producers across Colombia.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003ch5\u003eThis one is an SL28 processed as an experimental natural with yeast fermentation — so yeah, it’s a pretty intense coffee. It’s super funky and packed with fruit. Ripe, almost over-the-top fruitiness, lots of sweetness and a long chocolate finish. \u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003ch5\u003eIf clean and delicate is what you’re looking for, this probably isn’t it.
