This caturra lot from famous Las Lajas farm is a natural processed coffee, using the most complex processing profiles. Cherries are first sundried on raised beds under shroud which creates warmth and creates more natural sugars in the cherries. Final product of the process is a very sweet coffee, with lots of ripe fruit notes like grape and cherry. Coffee is a bit funky because of the process on one hand and variety type on the other. Coffee is amazing for those who like a bit more syrupy and dominant coffee with funky notes. Perfect coffee for a sweet filter!!
