Classic washed coffee from Kenya. It comes from Kemvara Farm, which is characterized by its excellent location for growing high-quality and dense cherries.
The coffee is characterized by the notes of cranberry, a lot of crispy/high acidity and the sweetness of honey.
To discover unique coffee flavour profiles we recommend to use very soft mineral water with a low HCO3 aiming for total hardness of less than 100 mg/l.
