Refund policy

A buyer who concludes a distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act has the right to notify the provider within 14 days that he/she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his/her decision. The Buyer must inform the Provider in writing of the intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods by post (Banibeans d.o.o., Aljaževa ulica 37, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) or to the contact e-mail address banibeans@banibeans.si, and return the goods to the address of the Provider within 30 days of the date on which the notice of withdrawal was sent. The costs incurred in returning the purchased goods shall be borne by the buyer. Banibeans d.o.o. is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions. In case of delivery at our expense, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the return costs according to the current price list of the Post of Slovenia.

Products must be returned undamaged, unused, unchanged in quantity and in their original unopened packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity without any fault on the part of the consumer.
