Colombia Miller Bustos - natural pink bourbon

Another coffee from the same farm as washed Tabi currently available. After handpicking cherry is then sun dried, it takes approximately 25 days for cherry to dry. A natural pink bourbon, super sweet coffee, with one note that you never find in a pink bourbon. When i cupped this coffee for the first time, it reminded me of a cinnamon/cardamom bun from Copenhagen. I never had so nice cinnamon in filter coffee, very delicate. You can have this coffee as a very nice and sweet filter but also as very balanced espresso.
