Colombia Jonathan Gasca - natural colombia

Jonathan Gasca is a young traditional coffee farmer, born in the Huila Colombia, the department with the highest coffee production in the country. Jhonatan first started with traditional coffees, but then soon realized that he wants to focus more on the high quality coffee. He experimented with processes when he started the journey of specialty coffee.

This natural colombia is a classic Colombian naturally processed coffee, with strong notes of raspberry, pineapple and a aftertaste of cocoa and rum. I believe it is a super good and aromatic coffee for all the funky enthusiasts. I would describe it as quite funky (level 9/10), so if you prefer clean brews, this one might be a bit to much for you. On the other hand, if you like ripe fruit and fermenty notes, you will love this one. I recommend it more for filter, because espresso can be quite heavy.
