This is a washed chiroso variety from Juan Antonio Conta, sourced through Caravela Coffee.
Bright, citrusy and incredibly clean, with a nice sweetness and just enough acidity to keep things fresh. Nothing too crazy and that’s exactly what I like about it. Easy to drink and very easy to come back to. Sometimes coffee really doesn’t need to be more complicated than that. Classic everyday coffee and super affordable for what offers.
