Colombia Linarco Rodriguez - washed pink bourbon

Linarco Rodríguez is a well known coffee producer from Colombia’s Huila region, known for his meticulous approach to cultivation and processing. Working with the Central de Beneficio collective, Linarco combines traditional knowledge with precise, innovative techniques that emphasize quality and traceability. His dedication to detailed processing  has earned him recognition among Colombia’s top specialty coffee growers, particularly for his work with rare and expressive varieties like Pink Bourbon.

This washed Pink Bourbon is a vibrant and is a nice expression of Linarco Rodríguez’s terroir-driven craftsmanship.  The cup opens with delicate florals and a sparkling acidity. Expect notes of jasmine, grapefruit, underscored by a refined sweetness reminiscent of panela and honeysuckle. The finish is clean and elegant, with a silky mouthfeel and lingering impressions of stone fruit and bergamot—a super clean example of the Pink Bourbon variety at its finest.
