Colombia Nestor Lasso - natural aji

Another gem from a well known producer from Colombia, Nestor Lasso. Aji is a quite new and unknown variety being grown in Huila, with some genetic connections to Ethiopian landrace varieties. Coffee is very aromatic and dry aroma often reminds of a natural Ethiopian coffee. When brewing aromas will be a bit more intense and  but final cup will remind you a lot about a bit more processed high quality Ethiopian coffee (orange blossom). I like this lot because it is unique (never had Aji before) and quite light and delicate for Nestor Lasso (usually his lots are quite intense and fermenty).
