Colombia El Mirador - washed tabi

Miller Bustos has been producing coffee for over 20 years. He started cultivating specialty coffee in early 2010s. After selective handpicking ripe cherry is pulped and fermented. Following fermentation, parchment is washed in clean water and is laid on patios to sundry. This coffee is a classic washed Colombian coffee with high acidity with fruit sweetness and aftertaste of caramel and dark chocolate. I like it because it reminds me of classic washed tabi a had few years ago which i could drink everyday.
