I already had this coffee in my selection last year—a coffee from the Villamaria farm, a blend of two varieties, processed using the natural method. It’s an exceptionally sweet coffee with lots of fruity notes like strawberry and cherry. The aftertaste is reminiscent of vanilla, and the acidity is very balanced, making it a great choice for espresso as well.
To discover unique coffee flavour profiles we recommend to use very soft mineral water with a low HCO3 aiming for total hardness of less than 100 mg/l.
