This unique coffee from VillaMaria Farm in Costa Rica is a vibrant and expressive one, naturally processed  method with 24 hours of fermentation. Grown at high altitudes in the Costa Rican highlands, the beans develop a lively acidity and delicate complexity that shines through in every cup. The natural process enhances the coffee's inherent sweetness of vanilla and peach. 
Best suited for filter brewing methods such as pour-over or drip, this roast allows the nuanced flavors to fully emerge. The clean, juicy profile and tea-like body make it an ideal choice for those seeking a bright and elegant cup, without high acidity and really sweet finish. I also tried this coffee several times on espresso and it allows you to play a lot with a ratio and grind settings as acidity is not super aggressive. Recommend also as espresso.
