The Ireme  experimental lot is inspired by the emotional connection of our family to the coffee community as a whole.  The idea of this coffee is to provide the most authentic coffee cup of Rwandan coffee. Gasharu Coffee's team takes great care to monitor and enhance the fermentation process and duration to achieve the desired complexity and depth that will provide a memorable experience to coffee lovers.
Rwanda's Gasharu coffee, by far the most popular coffee in the range every year, returns for the fourth year running. A few years ago, I also met Valentino, who processes the coffee on the farm, at the Milan Festival, so I have a special bond with the farm and with the coffee. It really is one of the best coffees for filter and epsresso, even if the coffee is roasted very light. In both cases, the coffee is incredibly sweet with notes of tropical fruit and strawberry jam, with a hint of dark chocolate.
